Chowking naglabas ng pahayag, pinatigil utos na paglilibot ng service crew para makahanap ng kostumer

Chowking naglabas ng pahayag matapos mag-viral ang isang service crew na inutusan na maglilibot para makahanap ng customer para dumami ang benta.

Maraming nadismaya saginawa sa isang crew at naawa  sa pinagtratrabahuhan nya sa Chowking sa SM Ecoland sa davao.

“The Chowking Management has received feedback from a concerned customer regarding an activity conducted by one of our stores in Davao pertaining to outside-of-store order taking.

“We assure our customers and the public that we are treating this matter seriously. As such, we have asked the store to place the said activity on hold while the guidelines to ensure compliance with our standards are undergoing review,” pahayag ng Chowking.

Hindi naman daw totoo na sinibak ang naturang service crew matapos niyang mag-viral.

“The concerned team member continues to be a valued member of the store,” ayon sa  Chowking.

Thank you for posting this. As a fan and supporter of some of your brands, I have to say I was most upset to hear about this and the way the crew member was treated.
Of course, if it’s just outside the store for short periods to drum up sales, I don’t think it’s an issue. But for the employee to be forced to walk 15 mins to a sub division, THEN to have to deliver the said items too? Dont you have delivery drivers? This is slave labour almost.
I do hope you go on to release a statement about the concerned manager too and what he or she was thinking of? Where is the health and safety consideration Chowking PH?

I love , Chowking PH , but like all fast food places, they are very slow , here in Cebu. But since I am a foreigner, I adjust as long as the order is correct and the food tastes good. 😋

You know what is one main problem? Yung ibang managers kasi feeling tagapagmana na ng kumpanya. They don’t even consider being human on their staff. Samantalang ang dali lang naman makipag kapwa tao. Their work ethics are not considered ethics anymore.

hahaha crew me noong 2010 meron na ganyan ung sa amin pinapapunta pa palengke pag tanghalian kami din babalik para mag deliver. "On hold" meaning wala sila gagawin papalamigin lang issue kasi talagang kasama yang paghahanap ng customer sa labas sa normal operations nila
