Ayon sa kaniyang Facebook post, sinabi nito na sumuko siya at nagpiyansa ng P72,000.

Have you ever seen a mugshot that's much prettier than mine? Still dili makatarog. Funny that people said I was arrested. Hahahahahaha. Correction. I surrendered and posted my 72,000 peso bail and did NOT ask for a discount, and I was escorted by an entire TEAM of Butuan's BEST. So kalma mga abog. Dili gihapon mo katarog.

And to be fair ha. Thank you to the Butuan City Police Station 4 for the wonderful experience today. I actually loved it! Hahahahaha! And to Barangay Ampayon's New Barangay Captain Kim Acalayen for the fast process of my Bail Requirements.

Makikita pa sa ibinahagi nitong larawan na todo-ngiti ito. Pinasalamatan din nito ang Butuan City Police Station 4 dahil sa “wonderful experience”.

Ayon sa balita, isang warrant of arrest ang inilabas laban kay Magno dahil sa umano’y paglabag sa RA 9262 o Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act.
